Anyone Know This car?

First thing to do if you get it is the take those wheels and roll them down Vanalden!

I like the black w/ red. To each his own though. It is just something different that you don't see all the time.

It's a 550. They're all 6 speeds.

 

is it just me or do the novitec wheels turn that car into a real mean looking beast vs stock ?

 

If you are talking about the black ones in the ad, It is definitely just you

 

The black ones arent novitecs. The other ones appear to be.

 

SInce all opinions welcome, I'd say those wheels are god-awful. Screams "rapper" jackass to me, but I guess I'm just a conservative F-car purist twit.

I have a 98 550M and am thinking of doing some mods to it. Did the Tubi help in power or was it the sound that you were after. Did you do any dyno work to see if there was a quantifiable difference?

 

I do believe you see an increase in power with the combination of BMC filters, x pipe and tubi's. I have never put the car on a dyno. Do some research there is a an old tread about this topic and a dyno sheet. Regardless, the car sounds incredible.
