Looks very interesting. And the high number of bids makes me think that people who know more than I do, think highly of the car.

 

Maybe, or some shill bidding going on, or he started very low.....

Looks like the 1st bid was $5000, and every bid has the "buyers identity protected" so who knows. I know this much: For as much fun one of these cars can give four Ferrari fans all at once - there are no better cars at this price range to do it in then a Mondial. Go-man-go.

 

I agree looks like alot of shill bidding going on.
Personally I would never bid in an auction where the identities are hidden

 

That's a new eBay policy "protecting it's users", you can still see the first initial though and that's enough to see a pattern.......

Nope, I can't even see the first initials, there's a lot of automatic bids in there though...32,500 is all the money, these days...

 

I had a nice talk with the owner/seller. It is my goal to trade my Lambo Jalpa for another exotic with a back seat, so I can bring my kids along on rides. He may have a cash buyer for the Mondial. If it doesn't work out, we'll talk again.

 

In this economy I find this hard to believe frankly.
