I think it may be called elephant gray from a search.
Does anyone have specifics on the color and/or code?
I'd like to have my new wheels color matched to this in a satin finish...

any online resources for ferrari colors? The only color i have seen on a brief color chart for the 599 is the Grigio Ingrid... which this certainly is not.
Ingrid def has more of a gold tone.

I'm thinking this may be a custom color. And if it is, Hopefully someone might be able to enlighten me with what car it came from or the code...
pretty similar to that primer gray on the audi TT, but a couple of shades darker.

I was trying to have my 430 painted this color and have several ppi codes for paint samples that were sent to Ferrari but for some reason could not be matched properly....either base primer and or prep was different. In either case, it's a Lamborghini color [PPG] that debut on on the LP640 @ the 2006 Geneva Auto show. I will try to get the codes as I don't have them here and post them later. I want to say the color name is Grigio Telesto....

Check Lamborghini of Houston's website...I'm pretty sure they have a current photo example of the car and the color is named as well. Best of luck.

I'm not sure that telesto and militare are the same color.
telesto appears to have more blue/purple in it, where militare has more brown.

calling my salesperson tomorrow...

 

Indeed it is a color form the new 50's-60's color range.
It's Grigio medio and I'm getting the color code from the factory soon!
