    I spoke with the owner today while he was on the road to Miami. Unfortunately he won't be back until Tuesday and then he's back out to Nashville for a few more days. Sounds like a great car, needs nothing, has all the records with all work done at FoA, etc.

    I'm currently in Jackson, Ms for the week and was thinking about detouring to Birmingham on Friday to meet with you and see the car. But I guess that won't be anytime soon.

    I live here. I can go look at it anytime. In fact I am a little surprised that I don't already know the car.

    If it is that good, don't pass on it so easily plus I am free. I'll check it out, run it around the block and send you photos. I have EXTENSIVE experience with the 308 series cars and the 328 are not much different, only better so I know what I am looking at.
    Just let me know. I enjoy doing this type of thing. I have done it a few times before for guys on FChat.

    Judging by the VIN it appears to be a 88.5, thus having the upgraded suspension. You'll like that.
    Mike Charness might know of the car, he's out of Huntsville?

    Thanks again Tommy and I might need to take you up on that. The owner and I have both been out of town for the past few weeks but today I was able to see the car in Prattville. It's pretty much as described in the ad; looks, runs and drives great! The only thing I noticed was that the rear quarters had been repainted (owner wasn't aware of it and has no record of body damage) and that the oil pan was wet (full service at FoA 01/06 300 miles ago). It appears to be a well maintained driver as opposed to preserved one. Know of anyone who can do a compression test in your area?

    Robert, I would expect that suspension parts might be harder to find and may be a factor for long term ownership. Am I assuming correctly?
