360 Anyone Know This Part #?

I was removing my rain gutters the other day to replace some bolts with factory fresh ones and on the driver side when putting things back together ran into a little issue with two of the bolts. They are the two that attach to the black tabs in the picture below and had some kind of tab inserted with threads. I'm not confident what was in there (also pictured below) was the right part but it worked for awhile at least.

Anyone know the actual part number for the tabbed/threaded piece the black screws go into?

I've tried a few different part numbers, but no luck in getting it right thus far.

Ran into these little things a few days ago while removing the panels to clean those crevasses. They can be a PITA to put in. I lost two.
These are more commonly used on server racks and as an IT guy I was pleased to have plenty of those in hand a replace the two I lost.

I don't have a part number for you, but I can send some your way (just cover shipping expense). Let me know

Ferrari p/n 60758600 (most likely) or 65774200. They are both 6mm caged.
