    It was just laying there in the access panel on the passenger side (F355). I don't know if it's a diagnostic connector meant to be unused or if it was unconnected to hide a problem.

    Air bag diagnostic/reset port.
    Quick takin' stuff apart and you won't have to worry about the 4 or 5 other connectors that lead to nothing! hahahaha

    There should be a plastic cover on those plugs too. Probably not then end of the world if they are missing though.

    I don't know if there is a cover for them or not my '97 doesn't have a cover on it, of course mine has no air bags either just the wiring.
