    I believe those are 'IDing power' or something similar to that. They might be from
    japan or possibly europe. It has been a long time since I have seen those.

    Iding Power wheels out of Japan. No longer available as the company is kaput. Sorry for the bad news.

    Iding power was a BMW and Ferrari tuner in the late 90's.
