I use to be pretty strong and buff.. maybe 12 years ago when I was in my early 20s. I worked out at Powerhouse Gym. I would see Shaun Ray, Flex Wheeler and other pros working out got me all pumped up. Made me lift hard.
Yes, which is strange because I usually enjoy working out. I can't seem to get myself into the gym for a really intense workout lately. I'm pretty sure it's due to a lack of sleep.
Lately I haven't been lacking motivation to work out, but I have been lacking discipline in the kitchen. For the past week or so I have felt hungry all the time and have eaten up a storm, and most of it junk food, too........ mmmmm Girl Scout Cookies. But then I have set personal records for clean & jerk and 1000m swim in the past 7 days as well, so whatever.
