I'm currently deployed in Iraq and this Fchatter totally took care of me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Just goes to show how a group of like-minded individuals can work so well together. Don't know if he wants me to mention his name but I really truly appreciate it more than I can write. So thank you and thank you fchat! As I told him, this is going to be my first Ferrari as a "welcome home/40th bday" gift to myself.

Left a deposit to hold the car for me but in the end couldn't get the deal to work. Was surprised as I made a very fair offer agreed upon by me and the Fchatter. Car just needed to be more cosmetically sound for what they were asking, I would have had to put about 3K additional into a respray on some of the parts and that made the deal more than I was comfortable with. We were so close but still so far.

The search continues for a red on tan or black, 6-speed 360 with between 18 and 20K on the odometer.

 

The top "needed to have the lines bled" according to my sales guy. There is a list of 10 things that needed to be fixed on that car, including a major service. That wasn't the breaking point for me it was the road rash, scraping underneath, and sticky buttons. Also neeed breakpads, has cheap tires on it (although new), power steering lines, alarm battery, etc. I was told they were going to fix all these things. Apparent issue is it's a consignment car so according to them there isn't a lot of room to move. Car needs some TLC. Additionally the paint is very swirled and the leather needed recond. For the price they are asking it should have been cleaner in my opinion.
