Yesterday one went RNM fiorano pack for like $10k over sticker. Another recently went RNM for way under sticker for 2022 Sf900 with an $820k+ sticker. It seems like the market is speaking and saying it doesn't like these hybrid powertrains. Really interesting with all these 296's just about to flood the market. Meanwhile older cars with real engines continue to sell just fine. The "over sticker" days look done.

What do you make of it all?

I think this is a function of the current equity and asset markets. Every asset is rolling over as the Fed is taking the elevator down floor by floor. I do agree with you that it is somewhat hybrid in nature, but you can see it across the entire product range for every brand except the extreme high end limited edition.

On that extreme high end side of the spectrum (>$1M), the amount of sales are fewer and the data points are less relevant as a result as there are more sales where the seller has strong personal motivation to sell. So it might not be reflective of the market in the above $1M range. For good data with overview, take a look at Fourwheel Trader's channel on youtube. He just did an analysis of Ferrari's mid-engine depreciation that is occurring right now.

Also, the 296's are in high demand. The order books were full on day one. I am sure of it as I know my sales manager well. So I wouldn't say that they will be flooding the market.

With BaT, it seems like social media meets auction. As we know, social media meets anything tends to lead to hysteria one way or the other based on the prevailing running of the bull or bear.

In another thread around here, seems that ordinary Daily Driver Car prices are showing evaporating premiums over market. In one of the C8 threads, someone reported that two (2) buyers in one day at a single dealership backed out of finally delivered cars at "only" MSRP price. Market definitely softening everywhere.
