Anyone put a hitch and roof rack on their FF?

    I'm looking for an early FF. when I find it, I would like to make it as versatile and useable as possible. That means roof racks and a light trailer hitch . This would be for bikes, skis and light hauling of kayaks etc... Anyone equip theirs like this? Dress it up or down so to speak.

    This will be interesting -

    I think (but never asked anybody) that towing wont be possible due to the diffusor in the back.
    A roof rack could be possibe, but you will need to check how much weight you can put on the roof (assume that not possible if you have a glass roof).

    I would certainly be interested in a proper roof box for the car, so will watch this thread

    did anything come of this project?
    I have a FF, am thinking a light-duty hitch would be ideal for bikes.

    I put a ski/snowboard roof rack in Mine - only needed in]t once so far though and allowed max speed is 70mph ..... which is a little too slow for most trips
