Looks like it has two Enzo keys. Strange that it has the flashlight, all the books and fobs, radio card etc. but no toolkit.
    Looks very clean.

belt service has not been done as per the dealer. would be a good deal if i can get it between 60 and 63
only thing that is stopping me is no service history.

Contact Ferrari of North America, give them the Vin number and they should be able to give you some information...

What do I think? Personally, I think it's odd that Marshall Goldman has a car without some sort of service history. The numbers game is pretty easy to work out. Whether or not the dealer accepts the number is a different story:

Fair Market Value [less] SUMMATION of required maintenance = BAFO, or somewhere thereabouts.

The big variable in the equation is the summation of required maintenance. A PPI will help with this, but it probably won't be complete so you might factor in an extra 10% of maintenance costs. Does the car need brakes? Seems like it needs a Major Service. Have all the other major 360 items been addressed? Without a service history, you could be in for a big repair bill. Seems to me that if the car had a good maintenance history, it would probably have conveyed with the car, but I could be wrong. Tons of stuff goes "missing" at auctions, if this car ever went that way. Bet that's where the toolkit grew its legs and walked off.

Edit: I wouldn't bother contacting FNA with the VIN number. You'd have more luck contacting an authorized Ferrari Service Center / Dealership with the VIN if you want to see what campaigns were completed on the car.
If you wanted to do a bit of sleuthing, it's pretty easy to do. Marshall Goldman claims that they can provide the CARFAX for free. Get the CARFAX and determine WHERE in the country this car has spent its life. In some cases, specific service centers might be mentioned. Even if they aren't, there are only a handful of places that can work on the car, so contact them with the VIN and ask if they have records. If not, move on. If so, then Goldman can get them because Goldman (probably) currently owns the car. Either put the responsibility of obtaining the records forensically on the dealer or move on. Or, if you're really serious about this car, see if they will tell you the content of the records over the phone. A lot of service centers require you to prove ownership of the car before releasing records, so keep that in mind. Just depends on how serious you are as a buyer and what you're willing to venture.

FWIW: Carfax was helpful in obtaining the service history for my 2001 360 Spider because it gave me the service center names and dates. I contacted these places with my details and they sent me everything they had. So, now I have records back to Day 1, rather than just the records provided to me by the previous owner.
