Anyone Run a Honda 4 Stroke on a Kart?

    I just bought a Gold 30/30 from a guy who had it for 5 years and never took it out of the bubble wrap (got it for a hell of a good price). Included was a brand new E-Spec Honda GX-270 9.0 h.p. Honda. I know it's not a shifter kart and it will never have that kind of acceleration but has anyone upped the h.p. on a Honda? I am thinking about milling the heads, adding a stronger crank bearing, a bigger carb (which I have access to already), better head bolts/studs and grinding the cam. My goal is to get about 15-16 h.p. Has anyone done this type of work or know anyone who's brain I can pick to do this the right way? I can't seem to find anyone on my Google search.     Just drive it. It won't be long until it will need work anyway. Mod it then. It willl be plenty fast with the motor that you've got.

    Happen to need a chassi for it? I've got one, it's been sitting in my garage for a couple years now witht he shifter motor off of it. i am willing to sell it to you for very cheap!! Say $500-$700, depending on how much shipping will be. As i'd rather just get rid of the thing and get it out of the way. Pm me if you please.
