Lol. Wow, love the 360 in that azzurro color.

I also heard a VW radio spot at lunch today, where the German engineer is taking a test drive at some other car dealership and said "the engine sounds like a mouse getting its belly stroked. Take me to the VW dealer." (or similar).

Excellent ad campaign!

VW has never dissapointed me with there ads. Great marketing!

 

BTW I have done that, to look at my car, not myself.

 

Still a VW...sorry the all the marketing in the world does not make it a hot car. Yeah every time I drive my F430 I am chasing down VWs just to look at them!!!!!!!!!! NOT

I think the post was about the ad, which is fun. I don't think anyone was saying the Passat edges out the F430. Sheesh...

 

Just an unrealistic ad that cater to dreamers so they can spend half there income to drive a car. All commericals these days need to do something to catch your attention. In today's world the dumber the ad the more audiences can relate. Most car commericals make you think if you own there car you will be a SUPERHERO. Just too over hyped IMHO. Just present the car.

 

Not nearly as stupid as that KIA commercial where there's a big police chase, and then suddenly they stop the pursuit dead in their tracks to stare at this crap KIA.

 

how about the Hyundai commercial a few years back with 2 chicks scoping out guys, they show one guy in a yellow Diablo revving his engine and they state "compensating for something?" then cut to Mr.hyundai driver who is the guy they really are looking for.

 

Like those chicks would rather bang Mr Sensible Shoes driving the Hyundai. I am so sure. Not flaming your post, I just think the premise of the commercial is stupid.
