    Some of the stuff is quite useful when applied right... but that site, ecricket or whatever, what a mess! They're trying to recreate an OS feel within a browser window. IMHO bad news... Jakob Neilsen would vomit.

    The U.S. really needs to keep up in terms of bandwidth compared to places like Japan for 2.0 stuff to really take off.

    I'll admit that Ecrikit 1.0 kinda pissed me off- it was slow and valued form over function.

    But having poked around v2.0 a bit I'm pretty impressed- If you liked social networks (and I'm on the fence personally) it would be right up your alley. Most of the lame crap is gone and functionality is king.
