    Yep. I’m wondering if the panels weren’t prepped correctly by whoever supplied them to the factory ,

    Hope it is not contagious.
    Any recent repaint of the area or application of a new product?
    Will obviously require stripping and refinishing but it would be helpful to know the cause so it could be addressed if required.

    I have seen this on 360 panels. Never really investigated why. I thought something under the paint was coming up.

    I just checked out this car for Jim, I have never seen this before on 360s, no other signs of heat damage around, just the finish on these panels. As stated, possible a bad batch was run and subsequently installed. They need stripping and repowdering.
