Yep this has been coming so that they can rebuild the track. If you go there or drive there you know that the track surface is getting worse every year. This is kind of like the private golf course approach to rebuilding the track. I assume that this is the feelers to see how many people they can get to buy in. Could be some good corp. writeoff's here. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.
