Anyone sell an overseas property before?

My grandfather purchased a villa on the north coast of Jamaica back in the late '60's. Upon his passing, he left it to my mother and uncle. The two of them are wanting to sell the property as it has become a chore to maintain and rent out.

Has anyone done this before? We have title to it and have gone through all the legal proceedings in Jamaica. I'm not sure if there are any good commercial/investment property websites out there? Or do timeshare companies by these? I would know how to do it if it were a domestic property. But since it is international (with possible international buyers), I'm lost! Just looking for direction.

The house has 3 air conditioned bedrooms each with its own private bath. Kitchen, living room, etc. Beautiful pool with an even more beautiful view. Right on the water, maybe 100+' of shoreline. In total, about an acre.
