Anyone tried recovering the 348 top door panel sections?

    If anyone has done this I would appreciate some advice on how to do it and where to get the material. I looked into buying new ones and they are about $1000 for both sides. OUCH! TIA Tom

    They are obscenely expensive -- and take about 47 years to get from Ferrari, depending on the color code. If anybody can recover them, it'd be an outfit like GAAH. Other Fchatters have had terrific luck with that company (www.gaahinc.com)

    wow, thats kinda pricey... dont tell anyone, but i had Car Toys take out aftermarket speakers from those top panels, fill in the holes, and recover with ... shhhhhhhhhh.. (((((vynl))) that matches the rest of the interior perfectly and nobody is the wiser.... i think i paid a whole $100 maybe $150 for the job!!!!!!!!!!

    let me know if you want a pic of the before and after
