Anyone tried these? Window Accelerators

Widely discussed. The original ones were invented by a FerrariChat person in England.

 

They work well. Buy them through www.ricambiamerica.com to get great customer service. Well worth the money.

After reading the seller's feedback, it looks like he has only sold one of these via auction. Anyone here had experience with this seller and his product?

 

I put a set in Jammin's 308. Made a noticable improvement. Don't know where he got them.

If you do a search in the Dino 206/246 section you will find the contact information for the U.K guy who makes these plus a lot fromguys who actually fitted them.

 

Worth their weight in gold mate!!
I personally fitted them in my 348. Windows fly now compared to before.

I highly reccommend them...........only if you want faster windows.

I've heard they help BUT make sure that your rollers are clean and lubed. I found the cable had come off one roller and several were stuck and not moving ! (old dried grease on the motor gears can be a problem too)
I cleaned and lubed all rollers and adjusted the cable on both doors and now its about 6-7 seconds up or down on both doors WITHOUT the accelerators. (with them might be like a new car)

 

You mean the windows on these cars are supposed to go down??
