Anyone try the F430 Sport Exhaust?

I am advised the car has these OEM carbon fibre airboxes and even the Scuderia carbon intake manifolds ( haven't seen it yet it's being shipped fr NH ) so...... can i assume the K&N won't whistle ? thx View attachment 2615953

Where did you get your carbon lids please ?

 

ive been told only to go with carbonio or mcarbon, neither of which still make them.

 

Ive got the sport exhaust. Sounds great!

 

You have to be careful which carbon airboxes you choose for the 430 Spider as not all fit height wise

excellent quality and cannot tell you about the sound as had to drive home in wet mode due to torrential rain circa $600 the pair

 

these air boxes without the horns have less rasp and the exhaust note is "harder"and being carbon of course will keep the air much cooler on long journeys (not sure why oem airbox lids are metal thats kinda dumb). The difference between the Scud and the F430 on the air intakes is 2 fold, F430 i) the side air intakes have a reasonator pipe ii) the F430 airbox covers have horns

 

Back to solution with mufflers and NO valves. I came across this, and am wondering if anybody has experience with them?

They offer three levels of cat-back options without valves(muffler and tailpipes)' 1) Sport, 2) Super Sport, 3) Racing. The rep there (Glen) is recommending the SuperSport, and claims it will no hinder power at any point in the powerband.
