The weather looks fantastic (compared to the last two weeks) for East Texas down to Houston tomorrow and my airplane needs exercise. Anyone interested in meeting up at Brenham, Texas (11R) for lunch? I've never been there but thought it would be fun. I am planning to be there around 11:00am.

    Hi :)
I live on Lake Houston and keep my Piper Cherokee 235 at a private airport near me in Crosby
A great place to fly to now is Lone Star Executive Airport (CXO)
    They have a great restaurant open 7am till 3pm, 7 days a week !!!
    The Black Walnut Café
Or you can fly into my home airport,
Dunham Field Airport (1XS1), 2400 ft of nice crowned smooth grass

I'm up for a fly-in sometime. My favorite overnight is Fredericksburg.

There is a fly-in to McKinney (TKI) on the first Saturday of the month for Coffee and Donuts at the monthly EAA gathering.

Next meeting/fly-in is Saturday, April 4 at the MOAB Hangars on the north side of the airport. Ask the tower - they can direct you there. :)

On Saturday, April 18, they are having their Annual Fish-Fry Fly-In.
