    Wheels, bumpers?

    I have an 82 w/ 32k mi and I havent driven her in years because she is a dog. I am thinking of upgrading to modern wheels and having the the front/rear valences done to obviate the Miami Vice bumperettes. Anyone been down that path?

    Yes, including an all white-out version appropriately dubbed the white whale. I've never seen one done that didn't end up costing way more than the owner would ever recover in a re-sale and the original always looks better IMHO. Probably best to sell it and move on if you think it's a dog of a car.

    Yes I've been living in New Jersey for the last 10 years, before that 25 years in SF, Connecticut, Holland ...
    I can always move if I want but what you are can't be fixed.
