Anyone using waterless coolant?

Saw this discussion on another recent thread. Is anyone actually using it? Our mechanic mentioned that I should briefly purge the air (if any) in the coolant lines around once every month or so---something having to do with steam accumulating and the fact that the radiator is up front and distance to resivour (didn't really understand the concept) but I also saw the show Soucorp referred to and noted that the waterless coolant has a higher boiling point---thought that might help with minimizing air getting trapped in the lines.
