I've got a fire sale on a very nice home I just completed in Lakewood Heights. Value is $695K and I had an offer for $685K, but they vanished on me and I sold the one next door that I built for $739K. House is 4146 sqft, 5 br, 3 bath, 2 half baths, gameroom, media room, wet bar, 3 car.

I'm involved in one big project that is having cost overruns and bleeding me dry so I need to move this house. There is nothing wrong with it at all I just have too much cash going out and not enough coming in so trying to lighten my load.
