Low miles, small fender bender. Probably sell for $35K http://www.bcapinc.com/SaleListDetail.asp?StockID=5026635&SaleDate=01/19/2006
if i were selling cars these days in that part of the country, i wouldn't want any reference to water in my company name! doody.
That TR looks a lot like one that I've seen on the web site of autosource.com and readytofix.com (same guys I'm told) for well over a year. I could be wrong but I've never heard anything good about either of those sites or sellers.
No it dosen't look too bad but. I believe the A/C compressor is right where the impact took place. The hood looks like it could be saved. After you find Headlights with pod, side marker and turn signal/fog light assembly (and wiring), quarter fender. The deranged panel gaps in the rear bonnet suggest a complete frame pull is needed. $35K? try $29K and another $29K to make it right unless you've got skills.
Looks like a big headache and all for nothing. $35k. to begin with is a lot for a damange TR. I think after all the headache you have gone through to put the car together right and let's hope there is nothing wrong with the engine because you can't drive it before you buy, you could come out the same price as the current running TR. For something like this, after all the chances you take to buy this damange TR, you sould end up with $8,000 less than current running value.... that could be considered a winner, worthy deal..., IMO.
^^ I think the ac compressor is in the back and you need removal of the engine to reach it, also nothing is cheap on a TR, the ac compressor at the dealer is a little over $2,200, but I found mine brand new for $220.
