    Given possibility of upcoming expeditions, if you "seasick" gents wish to reconsider - stay away from center of boat and you'll be fine.

    How do you figure that? I would think just the opposite since the center would feel more stabile and also give you a better sense of security. Isn't motion sickness largely psychological?

    Front of the boat sux big time. Hull goes up and comes down on wave crests over and over again. Back of the boat is really good because it's always planted but if the gas fumes get to you that could get you sick. Heat plus gas fumes always tends to do bad stuff to me on boats. I can get motion sickness in a car too if I'm reading a technical document or anything that requires thinking. But I can road race and make other people in the car sick while I'll be fine for hours. So yeah, it's mental.

    I thought I was cuckoo but some other people have the same problem apparently :)
