I have a feeling that both 458 and 488 are much more modern. They are fast, easy to use, but a little synthetic if you compare to 430. 430 is pure brutal ferrari. But that perception may change with time. If you compare 430 to Testarossa without TC, ABS, PS... What I mean is that there is a moment that modern become classic and than vintage Getrag gearbox on 458, 488 may be the pain in the ass if something happen. You have to open it and not all parts are available - and you have to use a donor used, unless you give it to Ferrari for expensive replacement. 430 F1 gearbox fail as well, more on the robotized equipment than mechanically, but here you have many guides what to check and how to fix. There are more workshops that can handle that as well. For a daily toy, I would choose 458. For a collection toy - I would keep 430.
