No, but I guess you are looking to purchase it.
I am not an expert (I am new to 348 ownership), but below are some thing I can tell you to expect from the ebay pictures:
    1. That I would take extensive work to bring the interior back to original.
    2. The seats appear to have been Leatheriqued.
    3. The stereo power supply wire does NOT appear to have been run very professionally (directly across engine bay)
    4. With those very large wheels he has either had the fenders rolled or they are bent from rubbing and most likely the paint under the fenders will have suffered from this.
---With my 18 inch BBS wheels I have rubbing in the fenders.--
    5. I would suspect a repaint looks to be good quality but due to the exterior modifications done I would bet it has been painted.
    6. Capet does not appear to be original to me.
That having been said it looks as if the car has been cared for, the mechanical work that has been done should keep you going for quite a while. Although the stereo and exterior/interior modifications are not to my liking, the work done could not have been cheap and one could say from this that the owner probably treated the car well.
I would have an inspection done, by a mechanic of your choice. To me it seams the add is very cleverly written, and avoids giving any real detail to the actual condition of the car. For example it mentions the NEW CLUTCH many many times but fails to give information such as, is it easy to shift on a cold start....??

Good luck finding a 348! Does this mean you are selling that nice gt4(I always had a thing for them)?

I would recommend buying one as close to stock as possible.

This particular car was for sale last year, same pics.

    Wheels gotta go to :)

This car has been up for sale for a while there seems to be a few discrepancies about it I would be very cautious if you intend on buying it. I agree with VTC try to get something close to stock a few mods are great but to many is cheesy and makes your resale very difficult.

Thanks for the info, it is on ebay now. I really like blue and was suprised to see one in this color. I'd be tough to part with the Dino, but maybe. I was hoping to add to the stable and keep her. I was curious about the interior, did not look stock to me either. I hate to say it but I like the wheels. :( Sorry. I've allways had a thing for shinny wheels, probably left over from my "hot rod" days. Even with all the mods it still looked like a pretty decent car. A PPI, most definately! Like to see more of those reciepts too!

    Cheers!
