    You may notice above that a crane arm is on the ground. The cables snapped at 8am a few weeks ago and it crashed to the ground, loudest noise I have ever heard!

    Just out of curiosity.. could you guys give ballparks of what these cost in your area? In my area (Washington, DC), that second place would go for well over $5k a month as a rental.
