    Finally have some progress at Apex. Apex Motor Club is here in Arizona and a membership based race track similar in concept to the many others around the country. Unlimited use all year long and the option upon joining to buy a garage right along the hot pits.

    Apex opened during Covid but the garages only broke ground a couple of months ago. Phase 1 are 4 buildings and a total of 48 units - however many doubled up to take two next to one another.

    I'm justing doing one and it will be 1,250 sq feet plus a 625 sq foot mezzanine.

    Yes but not for long. They have built what they call a Water Campus on a corner of the property for the eventual hook up.

    Exterior/shell of Apex Garage A is all but done now. Build out inside underway. Hope to have finished interior shots August/September.

    Looks really good. I passed up on a condo 0pportunity back in the day. Probably a mistake. Should be a great project.

    They have raised their prices substantially but I think Phase 2 has some garages left. Phase 1 is 4 buildings all sold with a total of 12 in each building. Phase 2 is another 4 buildings for those just tuning in.

    I see it as a man cave hangout place and am decorating as such. Should be kinda neat.

    Thanks for the heads up but im good for now. Have too much personal construction going on and golf takes up way too much of my free time. :)

    Saw the progress last week when I was there, looks great! Should be cool to see what everyone does with the interior spaces.
