    Well it looks like the childhood bad guy Italian-American is making a new appearance. The Apollo GT that became the fictitious Thorndyke Special is going to be at Concorso Italiano:

    I really love those Intermeccanica cars that have more than a passing resemblance to a 250 GTO, and this one I thought for sure was lost or just had its history washed. Now it's going to be around for Pebble Beach Week!

    It just needs the black stripes. What a fun car that would be, though I'd have to buy a beetle to go alongside it...
