The Apple store should do it for you. It's free. At least that is what they advertise as a service.

    Have fun!

EDIT: I just read the above again, and it says, in part:

While true, I'll suggest again not buying Office - Just download Neooffice and use that instead.....

    I agree, they should help.

On a side note, you can backup files to an external hard drive then simply drag them onto your Mac. Just an idea. :)

You have two problems: Microsoft Money has been discontinued and won't run on a Mac unless you install an emulator like boot camp. As far as the bookmarks, I assume you have internet explorer on the old machine. Just export the bookmarks to a thumb drive from explorer and import them from the drive to safari.

They should, but they don't. Found that out when I got my new MBP. You have to purchase their 1on1 service for $100 a year.

I've never used it, but can't Money export it's data in some standard fashion? Typical Micro$oft....

Doesn't the Mac use FAT instead of NTFS? Could that be his problem?

    No. Macs use HFS.

Money would seem to be problem #1 though.....
