Hi all: I have an FF on order since December. My Dealer told me then it is slotted for April build.
Yesterday dealer called me saying my car is actually starting production today and we are on time for a May delivery still.

This is my first Ferrari. Does this seem reasonable in that the car can/ will be built and shipped by the end of the month.?

Thanks for understanding then excitement !
    Rick

Yes, it sounds perfect. It takes 2 and a half days to build a complete FF. Than they test it for a few miles and ship it.
I have a Bianco Avus FF, the best car in the world. You will be amazed!!!

I spend most of my time in the 458 section. Many people have same question there due to all the spiders that have recently been built and shipped. My most recent personal experience was with my 458 spider slated for build in November. It actually started in October and was finished early November. Car did not get to my dealer until first week of January. Usually it is 8-12 weeks after finishing car that you get it. That being said, if you car has no problems on completion by the factory (ie paint/mechanical flaws that they feel like correcting!) and it makes an early boat out of Europe, and NO delays in customs in US (big hang up area) and Ferrari NA gets it on a truck quickly after their second rate PDI, 6 weeks is certainly possible!
I know that is not what you want to hear, but 5 Ferraris and a gajillion posts by others later, this has been my experience.
Regardless, congrats and can't wait to see pictures/happy posts next month!
    Best
