Are 348's selling? And if so, for how much?
And before you think I am a smartarse ...Year/model/condition/service/location/color/miles all can have a big impact..impossible to answer with info provided. I think most reasonable condition range cars are 45-60
Nope. I have a nice spider with miles that has a little edge. But nice leather, good dash. Refinished wheels and new tires. New floor mats and soft car cover. 59,500 miles. Has had 3 majors and due for another but I do not subscribe to that. I have been thinking I would drive the car till it will not drive anymore as it is so nice to drive, works well and has zero issues. Have receipts for last 10 years and well cared for. Body and paint are the weak link. Asking $39,900 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So the OP asks "Are 348's selling? " You're reply is "Nope". Are you sayin that no one wants to buy your car? Or is it that you "would drive the car till it will not drive anymore" i.e. it's not for sale?
Not on Fchat. Mike at Yellow Compass is helping. I have it on CL locally. It is for the guy who wants a Ferrari who is a car guy but not a Ferrari snob - not that there is anything wrong with that! (Seinfeld Ref.) I wanted a Ferrari I was looking in the $40k range. This car is fantastic at that range and even less now. I stepped up and bought a $90k+ 355 GTS. So now I have two and need the 348 to go away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sorry was not trying to pollute OP's thread. My apologies. I have watched several cars sell on BAT and I have attempted to buy 348's in the past that seemed to be difficult transactions. I find the spread of pricing on 348's to be more challenging than 355's. Currently there are cars like mine, drivers, beaters, stories and then $80k cars sitting in showrooms across the land sitting there, not selling. Typical sales cycle seems to be 6 mo. From what I have been told, experienced myself and seen around here and other sites for F cars. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Agreed. Caveat: Carnudallas's car is yellow, which I LOVED about 15 years ago, even bought a yellow Ducati 748S back then. Still like it, but when I was ready to buy a 348 last year, I focused on red. I know, I'm getting old.
Something similar happened to me with BLACK. Always wanted a black 348... but after 7 years of checking the market, when I finally was ready, I went red.
