    Unless a challenge car, they are 50 State legal.

    Yes, but you may still run into some problems getting 36O's to pass the emissions certification under California's current battery of tests. There seems to be a problem with the F-car software -- end result, the F-car fails certain required OBD2 tests (like fuel evap recovery test showing "not ready") even though the car's exhaust tests clean (hydrocarbons and the like). If 3 or more of these "incidental tests" show as incomplete/not ready, your car FAILS. The smog shop then tells you to go drive the car more so it can do these self-tests, but in some cases, no amount of driving will result in any sucesss. Then it's a visit to the State Referee -- Ferrari and several of California dealers are all too familiar with this problem. Supposedly, there's a software fix in the works??

    Thanks Jack. Are there more problems with the CS than the 360?
