    Plasma laser? LOL.

Too many episodes of Star Trek watched, methinks.

Maybe this will work when the grilles on the front ends of our cars are reflector dishes that can alternate phase tuned tachyon bursts in order to tune into phased gamma-hydra bursts, but only if the plot pivot point hinges on engineering being able to retask the dish to deflect subspace anomalies on a quantum level.

This could work! Send in your investment checks now!

    :D

They should design it like a giant bar code scanner and require UPC symbols for all drivers. Instant ticketing for running red lights! And to pay for it all they can sell ad space--or maybe TV shows!- on the virtual wall to further distract drivers.
