I have never heard this being the case in all my readings. I wouldn't doubt that many F355s were swapped out to Eibachs over the past 15-20 years. For $500 it would have been the cost of brake pads. For an owner who paid over $100k back in the day this would have just been an afterthought cost wise.

Check out the information I added to the first post. The part number on my Eibach Springs match the stock part # on Ricambi's website.

My old standard springs were Eibach ones. Also the set of standard springs that I am currently buying from another FC member are Eibach.

So did Eibach supply OEM springs for the 355 or are these Eibach springs pictured with numbers match the ricambi listing actually the aftermarket Eibach springs currently offered by Eibach?

Heinrich Eibach founded the company in 1951.

I read that Eibach's official OEM supply agreement with Ferrari in that era was on the 348 model.

Correct, as you read my post in the other thread. Another interesting factoid of the beginning of the Eibach 348 supply agreement: Wilfried Eibach had a deposit in Germany to purchase a new 348 once they were released for sale. However, we needed a new Wafios CNC spring winding machine for the US factory. Wilfried cancelled his contract and used the money intended for the car to add the new coiler to the US plant instead. He was, and still is, a very dynamic individual with exceptional focus on what matters for his business.

I've worked with Eibach in the past and toured the facility and I can attest to the quality. Great people!
