    Has anyone seen any 330 GT 2+2 models?

    I'd be really grateful to find any type, kit or already built, steel or plastic, in any scale.

    My dream find would be a large scale kit with single headlamps.

    Hi Matt,

    The only ones I have seen so far are produced by BBR in 1/43 scale. They have both the twin headlight and single headlight versions in different colours. Great models, but you have be willing to pay the prices...

    Thanks, Eric. That's exactly what I'm looking for, except with single headlights. You even got the color right.

    I'm looking for a scale model of my car to keep on my desk at work.

    Smiles: If you're still looking at this, I remembered seeing an article on the 330GT 2+2 in "Italian Cars" magazine #5/1991, and they always have a little sidebar on the model versions of the featured cars. I hope this comes out when reduced.

    Thank you very muc, Miltonion, for posting that! I really apreciate it, and I appreciate everyone's responses. You guys are great.

    Unfortunately, think that that AMR is the only model available. Exoticar and and EWA only have GTC models, not GT 2+2s.

    Does anyone have any idea where I could find the AMR? Or where could I find the BBR that Eric posted pictures of?

    Check out www.bbrmodels.it, they have the official suppliers listed for each country. But I think you can get them at far more places, or perhaps they can be ordered online through some shops. Good luck!

    Also, keep an eye on Ebay. 330 Gt 2+2 models pop up every now and then. I bought my red BBR 2 headlight from a guy in Europe.

    the people here are correct,
    ebay is the best place...
    i am a Ebay power seller and also i sold 1 of these to Sam 123.....
    BBR is the best mark you can find for this model!

    Record also made a version of the 4HL car, very hard to find. I have only seen it listed on Ebay one time. Ebay is definately your best bet. If you can wait until August, go to Concorso Italiano and go throught the hundreds of vendors there. I have found some unique items there before.

    You may try Autobarn in California, they carry Looksmart, MR and a few other brands. Their website is being reworked so you should just email or call them.

    You might also try Scalecars.com, but they have been clearing out their BBR stock and I doubt they still have any 330s.

    Matt...that's a bit of internetspeak I haven't heard before.

    I finally found a silver 1/43 BBR 4HL 330 2+2 through an Fchat member in Singapore, worked out great, paid $225 for the model and by the time shipping and Western Union (read: worldwide ripoff) money transfer fees of 20% were added the total was near $300...but I'm happy, because the model is perfect and it was literally a once-in-lifetime chance.

    I think there are probably 5x more 2HL BBR 330's out there than the 4HL version, but finding one in the color you want is the problem.
