Looks like they are using a Maserati or Alfa platform for testing. I wouldn't be to concerned.

That said, Ferrari is rapidly approaching mass production status. Secondary market will plummet, (not like it already isn't). Too many cars. Seems like everything from the 488 on up are tanking in value.

 

Weird...they even changed the Cavillino on the fender...

I think it's unlikely though as the rumoured price was pretty nuts - iirc 600k euros+
