    The 308 will be around for a long time, to eventually be replaced with a 550.

    If s/n 5409 hadn't been totaled I'd still have it.

    We keep drivers for 10+ years. The Merc Marquis has 5 good years left: the 4Runner...who knows? They last forever.

    I'm really happy with the cars I have....

    I really don't find anything else very exciting.....they all look like round blobs now.

    Swapping cars over and over quickly is just a bad shopping habit.

    ....lack of contentment and need for fleeting excitement.

    As Steve says, I read these people lamenting resale value and know for me it simply is not a concern.
    For what I want, no other car is better. None.
    To me, it's an elegant work of art.

    Don't plan on selling and I hope i'll never have to. It would be nice to buy a second in the future also.

    I've only been a Ferrari owner for 16 months and very fortunate to own two now. I keep thinking someone's going to wake me up!!

    But both the 550 and 365BB have much more than I was expecting. They've really roped me in and I have no intention of selling. But, we'll never know what will happen financially so they may have to go at some point, but if there is any chance at all I'll keep them. They are precious.
