Cuoio Toscano After decades of owning many Ferraris I was in search of the best tan leather for an interior of a special Ferrari. I wanted something classic saddle-like but found at least historically Cuoio was just too orange. I elected not to buy an F355 because its interior was this unpleasant shade of orange tan cuoio. This Cuoio interior is shown in the F355 photo attached as well as the 550 photo. Both show its (for me) rather excessive orange tint.

After months of researching this, and thanks to Ferrari having expanded its leather range in recent years, I have found what I believe to be the best all around "tan" family color.

It's called "Cuoio Toscano" and it is a much warmer color than cuoio, with more brown in it, and has a more traditional saddle color to it. In fact, I find it very similar to the color featured in the Porsche 911 S/T (Classic Cognac) and who doesn't love that interior!

To order this interior is an upcharge of $35,000 to $40,000 compared to traditional beige which is a no charge item.

I have three hides, maybe a little bit more than three hides in this color available for sale. Of course they've been imported from Italy. I had to buy 10 hides in order for the company to produce them. I'm selling each hide for less than I paid even at the bulk rate of 10 for just $700 each. (My cost even at 10 was higher than this, plus shipping, duty, etc.)

My prior listing was deleted because apparently you can't list more than one item per sale in one day, so here the listing is now. (Would be nice if they would give notice of this so I could have copied my prior advert :(

This color aeries depending on lighting and camera, as does the 911 S/T interior, but these photos I hope give an idea of this color's warmth and more classic leather look and less orange than Cuoio.
