An interesting consideration but I'm not sure. A very good friend of mine is doing One Lap in a Noble, so I'll be interested to see just how great the car is. --Dan
Well, I'm begining to count the time until delivery in weeks, rather than months. (I can only imagine how it feels for an expectant 430 owner!)
I hope you bought the bigger brake package. Like the track!!!. Even Jeremy Clarkson really recomends it. I am really considering ordering one my self. But i have to save a little more to get the one i want.
bumping thread. been doing searches and i love these little cars. **are there any current owners on FChat that can chime in with advice?** **what about DMV and insurance issues?** i use Hagerty for my old / weird stuff, but they dont seem to like newer cars. What i have read about actually using a Radical on the street scares me, as i dont want to die, nor go to jail. seems the Atom can be fun , and the Roebling Road racetrack is not too far away from me. i did not want to start another thread......
There is a guy near me with one and he's taken it on several of our outings. Thrilling little car. He loves talking about them so I am sending you via PM his contact info. Here is the car.
Oh, crap. I’m feeling the need for another Atom 2. And I might have found it.... A better spec than mine, but far cheaper than I sold mine for. Matt
Anyone interested in an SRA, I will probably sell mine in the spring. Know anyone that wants one? Fully serviced by TMI, needs nothing. Spare transmission, spare springs, spare wheels (3 total sets), cool suit, transponder. Last raced in 2015. Old pics. Chassis #10- has 2.0, which is the choice engine. Nope, wouldn’t be worth trying to make it that way either. The SRA is the ideal Atom for track use. I think a Lotus, Caterham, M3W would be better for the street. The capability of the car is extreme, but not for the street- uncomfortable, no point to it.
