Arizona Spotters!!

I didn't get a shot of it, but there was a black Tesla at the Starbucks at FLW & Thompson Peak a couple days back. I was meeting with a client and didn't notice it until it was too late. Then I had to explain to the client why I jumped up in the middle of him talking to look at a car.

 

what state or kind of license plate was on the Bug SS?

Andy, lots of great things in Arizona. I moved out here in July of 2007, and I really love it here, the weather, the cars, family, school, etc.

What part of Atlanta, my sister and brother in law used to live in Midtown and bought a house and moved a little outside of downtown.

If you do move here, do you know where you ultimately want to live?

 

Was some kind of party at Lamborghini of scottsdale saturday, veyron x3, 458 x4 and all the cars from all the car dealerships they own in town were in the back parking lot.

Up and down scottsdale rd saturday from 8am to 10pm, veyron SS two times, Robs Veyron, Aston Martin Rapide x2, Murcielago x3, Rolls Royce x9 (all new models), Bentley X15+, Audi R8 V10 blue, Ford GT x2, SLS x2, Tesla x2, Vipder x5, GTR x3, Y2K superbike, 458 X2, 360 x2, Aston V8 x3, DB9, DBS, 575 x3, GT3 RS,
and a gallardo spyder and Im sure Im for getting something..

And a Murcielago on the 101 S about 10:30pm

today Veyron SS again, Rolls Royce x2, DB9, viper x2, Audi R8 V10 spyder,in the barrett parking lot GT3, 348, bentleys and blue 360 that every valet guy was taking a photo in, valet guy told me for $50 I could sit in every car... Also there was a guy selling sunday tickets to barrett for $55, or two for $100 in the parking lot, when its only $25 on sunday...

Even know its not much of a spot all the cars from gooding were in the parking lot when I went by today, the FXX is amazing in person!

We live in the north suburbs and need to sell 2 homes first (could be a long term project in itself). Wife and daughter are ready to go, we have looked at areas like, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler. The last couple of winters here in "the south" have me ready to move, we like to be adventurous so why not.

 

A guy a few doors down from me just got yellow ford GT today

 

Ha, I go to Scottsdale for 3 days and am in two spots....but never get spotted in Ohio! Go figure.

Yea, I was there for the week. Stayed with friends....none of my cars. I do have my custom Jag roadster there but I didn't drive it anywhere. I was in the back of the Flying Spur spotted with the Ford GTs at El Charro, and in one of the GTs spotted at Russo and Steele (with the Ferrari club)

Nice collection BTW. Love the XJ220 in the mix. Do you know what the one at R&S went for?

and yet another Bentley Continental GTC but this time, tan with a beige top. Looked elegant in those colors.

 

That car belongs to the owner of the wine store next to Coffee Bean. It's there everyday

 

Ah okay, I usually do see it at Cars & Coffee. Just thought it was a coincidence.

 

Saw a black Lotus Exige S240 on Continental & College Ave around 3:10PM

Lots more Lotus' around the Scottsdale Ferrari dealership since the Pre-Owned part is being turned into Lotus of Scottsdale now.

 

I didn't know that. it will be nice for Lotus to have a proper platform.

 

If you do a search for Lotus of Scottsdale on Google, it comes up with 2 dealerships. Scottsdale Lotus, which is now I believe, Edenholm Motor Group, and Lotus of Scottsdale, which is by the Scottsdale Municipal Airport. So, I think that Lotus already had/has a proper platform, it's not like there aren't any Lotuses in Phoenix.

Not sure what will happen to those dealerships, or if they will have to change the name, or perhaps they are just moving to that location. I have no idea.
