Is there anyone driving out to ALMS in Long Beach from Arizona? I taking the Gemballa for a spirited drive to So-Cal to watch the race. I'm leaving Thursday the 12th late morning.

The Long Beach ALMS race is only 1 hr 40 minutes - that's a bummer - 1 hr 5 min shorter than the shortest ALMS race on the sked. Hopefully this street circuit won't see the carnage as St. Pete - I'll be glad when they get back to the real racing circuits. We missing this ALMS race, headed to Monza instead for the LMS race - 1000k - anxious to see the new 908 diesel run.

Enjoy the ALMS race. I'm hoping for another Audi #1 car overall win again. PWL is running their #31 F430 which was sent to Italy for repair after Sebring. Great competition for Jaime and Mika.

I'm really just happy to see Porsche and Ferrari compete against each other. This is the way the world was meant to be.

I'll be there but driving down from Los Angeles. The track is not terribly difficult so I don't think there'll be too much carnage. I don't care for street circuits either but this one seems much better than what Houston had for the Champ series.

I've had the opportunity to meet a lot of Ferrari owner in Arizona and many of you own Porsches as well. FYI of the Porsche activities at Long Beach.
