LOLOLO, gotta love those bushwackers...when i first came here i hear some things form Australians that made me laugh for a week. I remenber this guy saying he wanted to go live to australia, and he was asking for some advice.

No idea why Ferrari is taking sooo long to sort the team out. Arrivabadly was always the wrong man for the job, so it’s positive that he has gone. Team strategists need to go next, and then they need a solid second driver. Kimi was obviously great comedy to the fans, but he was so far off the pace that he never provided any level of decent rear gunner support like Bottas does for Hamilton. Hopefully LeClerc can be that man next year.

As for the technical department - I’d keep them. The engine and aero is fine. The chassis is fine. The overall technical package is up to the job. So no need for radical personnel changes there.

Overall, this year is a huge disappointment. We had the car to win, but we threw it all away...

 

Mention of Dr. Ullrich filling the position as team director for Ferrari is an interesting proposal.

He would certainly shake things up, but if I remember correctly, he was basically extended a life time
contract from Audi and continues in an ambassadorial role with the company as does Tom Kristensen,
Allan McNish, Emanuelle Pirro, etc.

Also, Dr. Ullrich is in his late 60s and heading for retirement. Does he give up the comfortable life
to jump into the middle of the F1 storm? It would be interesting but doubt it will happen.

Wolfgang Ullrich is special advisor to the ACO at this moment. He has 67 years old. I do not know if he would accept the position in Ferrari but he sure would be a great addition to the team.

I would ideally like an Italian and Binotto has done a great job, but I would worry about moving him away from what he is doing so well now.

I'm not against somebody from outside motorsport, maybe we should look at people from other sports.

I´m amazed that he´s still admitted anywhere after the "lapsus linguae" he had in the DTM. Briatore is persona non grata at the FIA for much less.
