A bit ironic now, considering what seems to be their decision... To my eye, there is no other team that desperately needs stability at the top more than Ferrari, and a true, uncontested leader. I don't think that Arrivabene being ousted will bring back peace and focus internally. Ferrari is decidely a machiavelian environment, and its own worst ennemy. Rgds
Arriva-badly was one of the most incompetent team managers in the paddock and I place much of the blame for our failure on him. This is good news in my book (if confirmed).
Via Autosport F1 - It is unclear who will replace Binotto as head of Ferrari's technical department, but there are suggestions the team may elect to hand more responsibility to aero chief Enrico Cardile and the head of its engine department Corrado Iotti.
They are asking Binotto to be Todt, and Brawn with a dash of Byrne, all in one. Probably a recipe for disaster. That said, Arrivabene was out of his league. There needs to be another addition or two to the puzzle. Addition, not just some reshuffling of the players already at SF.
