The question then must be, why do you care? She made it on her sister's coat tails, BFD, like Charlie Sheen would be an actor w/o his father's influence? Like most everything in life, its who you know. I can't watch three seconds of shows like Access Hollywood, I can not get to the mute fast enough when they have a preview commercial. Why people care about JLo, or Bennifer or Jen and Brad and now Brad and Jolie is totally beyond me. Reality check, if you were on fire these people could not be bothered to dial 911 on their cell phones, why people obssess of celebrities is a mystery to me. If I'm not having sex with her or making money off the deal in some fashion, I have no interest.
the reason i brought that up is that i'm a Coldplay fan, and her song is insulting to all coldplay fans (and anyone who isn't a 1-16 year old girl it seems like.)
How is it insulting? Isn't copying the ultimate form of flattery? Guess what, when your down on your luck, Coldplay isn't stopping by to have a beer or lend you any cash, so don't get too worked up over anyone copying them. The admiration you feel towards Coldplay is all one sided. Chances are very good in five years the Simpsons, all of them, Jessica, Ashlee, Bart and Homer will all be off the map, as well as Coldplay. The amount of bands that are significant a decade later are few, U2 is the most recent w/ all of its original members (the reason I am not adding Metallica here) I can think of. The Coldplay singer will go onto a solo career before long, like that Spice Girl that married the Beckman. LOL
lol though probably true, I just flat out don't like her. the video in here shows that she's pretty weird. i guess she always felt left out while her sister was famous, so she copies everything jessica does now days.
