I'm presuming we're not going on a walk around the Mt Roland area:...
IMO another reason not to go Electronic ignition ., if you have the items you can always fix the old ways.

Should ask him why it's so bloody expensive going on your example a few month's ago: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-08-12/tasmanian-whisky-week-distilleries-history-200-years/102701544
FFS , complaining about Whisky you got for FREE? I just drained 20-plus liters of old fuel out of BlackJag -Should I keep it for you? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Dykhead,I was giving the example that you had poopoo'd when you put them up. ...the various whisky joints and their prices.
Recap -I last started BlackJag about a month ago. As I have mentioned in another post -Fresh plugs, checked fluids, tires, started on 5 cylinders -black horrible smoke, cut the engine changed the rear plug, and with the heat already in the engine she ran well. Thinking last night, -Today drained the fuel, an easy application with an E-Type. 20 odd liters drained -awful smell and color. It is just NOT worth running old Premium fuel on a startup. So tomorrow The Special viewing of The Italian Job. While I'll take the new Porker to Tassie -Need to think about tires for the E-type as the Avons I run, don't suit my style of driving anymore! So before GAD tires and service ,and repair to a rear shocker .. BUT WHAT to put on her ?
Yeah yeah yeah,we can all read but the fact of the matter is you're not taking it to Tassie so why waste your tapping time.?
I'm just about to order a set of Dunlop Sport Classic tyres for the Vette. They have the Carl seal of approval, plus top rating in various European comparisons.
Why would I take it to Tassie -it's been there 6 or 7 times. Added that I've only done about 200kms in the 991 ,I like the idea of a "CAB" in Tassie .
