    How come EVERY business with voice mail answering ALWAYS has 'Please listen, as the menu has changed'? Is there a service idea that I missed out on that goes around the country changing phone menu's?

    Dear Darth:

    I have a holiday travel question. I'm considering flying to Daytona Florida to visit my parents. Why does a guy who takes care of himself and keeps his weight under 190 lbs. have to pay the airline a $50 "fuel tax" for a bag that's 5 lb. overweight while being trapped in my window seat by a 300 lb woman shoe-horned into the aisle seat who paid the same ticket price?
